I love my Samsung Galaxy watch 4 so much I bought this one for my husband for Christmas. He has a hard time keeping up with all of his notifications and phone calls with his business because he lays his phone down and walks away. This watch has helped us with that. He's also got sleep apnea so the sleep tracking has been pretty spot on. Now he knows what I've been telling him for years and he has the digital proof that he was able to take with him to the Dr. The doctor's office scheduled his sleep studies that further proved what we, now, have a diagnosis for and a cpap machine to help bring his oxygen levels back up. This will help him get better sleep.The battery life has been phenomenal! The way to maximize that battery life to the fullest is to turn off the screen saver, the always on display option, and screen wake-up options. This watch battery can last over 24 hours on full charge. To get the best out of the sleep tracking, wear the watch a little snug and higher on the wrist. Also, make your charge time either an hour before bed or just after waking up. This model of watch has been the very best smart watch and I still own my very first calculator watch from way back when.

I was looking for a good smart watch for the primary purpose of setting reminders and being able to make lists while on the go. This watch has a big enough screen to be able to type relatively well. One note is that the stock keyboard is a standard "blast from the past" style phone pad keyboard that one would have to press a number several times to reach the letter they want. This issue is easily fixed using a qwerty style keyboard app found on the Samsung app store. This health features were a secondary feature for me, personally, but I know many people look for smart watches specifically for their health tracking features. I find the heart rate monitor and sleep monitors to work so well that I find myself using the watch to check my bpm fairly frequently throughout the day to make sure I'm not over working myself on activities. I do not have a Samsung phone, but I do have an Android phone. Some of the health features don't seem to work on non-Samsung phones, even while getting the companion app to make this watch work with my phone. Features like the ECG and Blood Pressure located in the Samsung Health Monitor don't seem to work unless you have a Samsung phone to use with the Samsung Galaxy 4 Watch. This watch has many optional watch faces to use that can provide a lot of useful information at a glance, such as weather and media control. For anyone that likes to listen to music on their phone wearing wireless headphones will find this watch to be very useful when changing songs without having to take their phone out of their pocket. I use this feature when working at a distance from my phone, or can't physically reach my phone easily. I can keep going, but overall, if in the market for a smartwatch, I'd say this watch will definitely meet your needs and expectations.

It's a wonderful watch, and does everything I need it to. I got this for a class and it tracks my movement and heartbeat wonderfully, though there are a couple of problems the activity sensor - like when you're having squats or burpees tracked it'll miss count them. Other than that, it's a good watch if you don't have a problem with a short battery life. It'll last a day, but you'll have to charge it the day after, a bit inconvenient but that's it.

Not a big reviewer but wanted to share my experience with the International version of the Galaxy 4 watch. Its Identical to the US version (Maybe a different processor but you can't tell) The one registered the warranty expired in 2019. That is just so it won't have a warranty since they came out in 2021. Most electronics that have a defect will show that defect within 30 days. I've had 6+ smart watches and have never used a warranty. So for 50% off, its a good deal. I verified it was brand new. Now for US users, when you select Region, select Kenya. Kenya allows for the use of the Google/Samsung pay. The body scan and all other features work on this watch. The first thing to do is get the update that allows you to use google assistant as well as letting the battery last much longer. I charge mine overnight but it usually has 45-50% when i put it on the charger. The screen is gorgeous and Wear OS adds some nice features.
