Granddaughter loves her new doll. It was missing one of the shoes so I contacted the company. They required pictures and other information which I emailed on a Saturday evening by Monday morning I received an email they were putting missing item in the mail. When package arrived it was the whole doll. Great costumer service. I will defiantly buy from this manufacturer again.

Only negative, but big one, is the huge time it took to ever get these toys out of the packaging. It took a strong adult and they had to use tools.
