Fanciful Faces Coloring Book

This book is a lot of fun and great for relaxing. The pictures in this book are detailed and beautiful, and I enjoy the different patterns and scenes set up with the faces. Some of the pictures are not as detailed as others, but that's ok because it helps to give the book diversity. I've colored one page in it so far, and I've started a second. What I like most about this book is that the pictures are one sided and perforated, so if you would like to tear one out and hang it up, you don't have to decide which picture to show. The paper quality is nice and crisp. I've been using colored pencil, and when I press down on the paper to make darker shades the paper does not sink in, which I like. It is worth the price. This probably would not be a good book for little kids, but young teenagers or preteens would be ok, and it would help any young artist to practice coloring techniques like combinations, toning and shading and how to work with details. I would definitely recommend this book for any one who loves to color likes fanciful pictures.

I really like this coloring book. I recently started in on the adult coloring craze and an thoroughly hooked! I believe this is my fourth Coloring book and at the moment, my favorite! I love the designs. I had been coloring a lot of animals and Was getting a tiny bit bored. I love coloring the faces of the women. I like the paper it's printed on and it's perforated in case you want to rip it out. I usually do after coloring because my daughter's hangs them up. Until then I slip a piece of paper or cardboard between pages just in case it the markers or pens bleed through. Better safe than sorry! This product was a personal purchase for myself at the normal retail price. I am reviewing it because I want to share my experience with other potential customers.

This is my third coloring book I have ordered for myself, I love all 3 of them! I thought one of the others was my favorite but after receiving this one I don't think I like one more than the other. The faces are so beautifully drawn I have a difficult time deciding which page to color. I love that the pages are perforated because I prefer to color the pages on a clipboard that way if anything bleeds through it doesn't get on other pages and its easier to color. The paper is a bright white, colored pencils go on smoothly. I use BIC permanent markers and sharpies, they both bleed through. I highly recommend this coloring book to anyone who loves nature, beautiful faces or coloring.

This is an amazing adult coloring book. My goal is to color something I think is pretty and interesting enough to frame. The pages are perforated so they are easy to pull out. Like the cover says they are all rather fanciful and fairy like. These faces are not as challenging as some other adult coloring books can be but sometimes you just need a break from all those lines! There is a picture of an eye and half face I can't wait to get started on!

I received this June 20, 2015. I am excited to try this new hobby as my new stress relief! I am stay at home mom and wife. This is something new to me. It's paperback , copyrght2014. The type of paper is okay and you can detach the page, I have in mind after done coloring thinking to place it in a frame. The designs are really amazing, really fancy! the title itself! fanciful faces, creative thinking, creative ideas. I'm still waiting for the colored pencils to be delivered soon. I feel amazed how the artist did all these creative imagination. Two thumbs up to the artist! Thank you.

Since I love all things connected with makeup, fashion, design, etc. I found this book to be not just pretty to work on, but ultra-satisfying. I have a lot of stress at my job, which is creative but offtimes filled with pressure. I have found that when I allow myself to think about almost nothing, but go on "automatic," ideas tend to flow and my stress level is highly reduced. For a relatively low price, you will find this book to be one of your favorites.

I like this book very much. Has some beautiful pictures to color. I can't wait to use it. The only dislike I have is that the paper it is printed on is rather thin. I wish it was a little thicker paper. I hope it takes colored pencils well because of this paper issue ie: blending colors etc. Otherwise it's a very nice color book.

I absolutely love every picture in this book. I still have the book and I have used it every year. The details in the pictures is excellent.

I bought this book in November last year and haven't got around to colouring the images, until last night. I decided because I was feeling anxious about various things going on in my life at the moment, now would be a good time to take time out and use my book. I really enjoyed coluring in the images on the pages. I coloured in two and I really found it relaxing and good to just get lost in what I was doing for a little while. I always get lost in time when I do anything creative and this was no different. I spent a couple of hours doing the two pages and it was enjoyable and fun. The pictures are clear and unusual but not too complicated to do. There are 30 in total and they are all unique and different. The pages are perforated and only printed on one side. I put a piece of cardboard under the page because I used copic markers and they bleed through the pages. The spaces on the images are large enough in some parts to shade using watercolour paints or pencils. I have added photographs for your convenience.

I love the way the faces are designed. I don't like all the ones about trees.

Good for coloring freaks. The book arrived in perfect condition. Loved coloring this.❤
