It's one of the best devices I've ever had.When I ordered this device I read what comments other people leave and I'm very surprised that people rate them 1 star just because one of the tubes was broken, this can happen to any high frequency you choose to order, because they are made of glass and if they are slammed when they are delivered they can break, this is a reality and does not mean that this product is not good, just because one tube is broken. One important thing about this high frequency is that it has a 1-year warranty, so it is very simple if something goes wrong to take advantage of this warranty.Anyways, this high frequency wand is incredible, and a very important thing is as contains 5 tubes, so it has a very good price.I used it for my face and hair, and I saw that my face is much softer and help with my dark circles, and my hair has stopped falling out. Doesn't work
I had this product for a little over a month and it no longer works. The glass pieces move around a lot in the wand. Mine appeared a little dirty when I first got it so I ended up cleaning it off myself. I wish I was still in the window to return this item. It does not work longer than a month. It is expensive to be able to use it only a handful of times.
