1lb Corn Husks for Mexican Tamales (Large and Small Tamale Wrappers), Hojas de Maiz Para Tamal by 1400s Spices

These came packaged very well, unlike the first ones I ordered from another store, that were so dry and brittle. I was surprised how many I got for the price, it's a great deal!

These are clean and excellent.

The package arrived and a lot of the husks are pink, which is a fungus. And quite a few have mold. So it is not safe to use any of them. So disappointing.

I always get my corn husks for my tamales and have used various sellers. This is the best corn husks I've found. They are soft, pliable and big. Plus no moldy ones which I've had in the past. Will definitely use this seller when I need corn husks again.

My family does tamales for Christmas every year. Most of these husks are a good size, but it seems some are too small for that.

During Christmas, tamales were great these were soft, and worked well.

I loved that they were damp and ready to work with for my 20 students. I usually have to soak them in warm water for 10 minutes. Saved me so much time. I was amazed they weren’t moldy. I’ll certainly use them again next year. 😀

The sizes are not easily identified, but the quality is good, all useable.
