This is by far the spiciest cheddar cheese I’ve ever had. My wife is Thai and, in American terms, we’re a 5++ Thai red pepper palate. I ate some with sliced Kosher salami on pita chips. But a little goes a long way. Since it arrives in 3 separate sealed bags it’s a good value and I’ll be buying it for a while

over priced. you can get pepper Jack from Sam"s club at half price that is hotterthan this ghost pepper cheese this is a. waste of money

I like this cheese. Took a gamble and ordered it since absolutely no where near me has good hot stuff.A good spice level without getting deadly hot. I like it on sandwiches and have even made a “pizza” aka toasted bread with tomato sauce this cheese and pepperoni.Would I order again… no probably not at this price.Granted it’s a speciality item, and they ship cold so that costs them money but I couldn’t justify more than $12 for this ever again.Worth a try just to say you had it but I wouldn’t go out of my way to buy it.
