Very tasty pepperoni
Very tasty and flavorful pepperoni. Used it to add extra pepperoni to a DiGiorno pizza. Made an okay pizza excellent. It comes in a stick, so just remember to slice it thin. That way, it blends in with the pepperoni already on the pizza, and the stick will go a lot longer for use with additional pizzas. Will definitely buy again.

Delicious On Pizza & I’m Not Even A Pepperoni Fan
This Vermont uncured smoked pepperoni is the best. I’m not much of a pepperoni fan as it usually has chemical preservatives and is too greasy and heavy for me. But my son likes it on pizza, so I bought this uncured pepperoni (which has naturally occurring nitrates from swiss chard) as a topping for homemade pizzas I’ve been making while at home so much lately.While I tend to eat vegetarian toppings on my own pizza or make a BBQ chicken pizza, I caved and ate pizza with the pepperoni and was surprised how good it tastes and how It has a good texture. Adding a modest amount adds a lot of flavor that’s meaty, smoky, a little spicy and salty. Vermont tastes less processed to me than other brands.I’ve bought four sticks (two orders of two sticks), and we’ve polished off three sticks. They tasted totally fresh and had reasonable expiration dates. This pepperoni comes unsliced, and I just slice it all at once just after opening and freeze what I won’t use within a couple days. The taste and texture are still excellent even after freezing.This is a pork pepperoni with beef casing. It’s salty and fatty like other pepperoni, but once well cooked it has a nice even color and doesn’t have icky visible pieces of fat. Some oil pools like other pepperoni, and we like to blot the excess as a matter of preference. For me, the $6.64 price I’ve paid per package is reasonable for the quality. Gluten Free. Love it. 5 stars.

Not A Bad Product
This summer sausage is NOT a bad product, it doesn't suit my taste. For others they may really like it. I will describe it to youand you can decide for yourself. Here goes, this sausage is very, very, greasy, it has a VERY mild flavor and not much taste.You can tell that it is not chemically made. It is very clean tasting to almost no taste. I do believe that care was taken makingthis summer sausage and it is chemical free, that's the most that I like about.Again, I am not trying to turn you against this sausage just telling you the truth, it may be just what you are looking for. Thecompany did a fantastic job on delivery, matter of fact it arrived before the due date and had a very good freshness date.It was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. Let me say again, it is fresh and very clean...
