We installed a water softener to remove the limescale from our very hard water. However, since installation I have had extremely dry scalp and frizzy hair. So purchased this for my shower to see if it would help. So far my hair and scalp have improved. My husband feels his hair is better too. The water definitely feels different.

It makes the water super soft it almost feels like a natural rain shower / water ful and my dry skin seems to of cleared up.. super easy to fit and looks very rasy to replace filters when need as just unscrew and put inside

I have just had my water tested by a company that installs permanent water softeners in the building. The tube on the left is my kitchen sink and the tube on the right is from my shower which has this filter installed. I was shocked to see triple the amount of the hardness in the shower with the filter than in my normal water supply. It's one thing to not work but totally another to have much worse water coming out of the filter. I feel like my skin has worsened and I now have a lot of eczema on my arms. Not only a total waste of money but it has actually worsened the problem in my house. I bought three of these for my house and am throwing them all away today.

I developed terribly itchy skin after showering about three years ago, even saw a Derm. This filter has cleared up my skin itchiness. HIGHLY recommend.

Easy to fit, good value and now no more nasty fluoride being absorbed into my skin after showers. A must buy for any health conscious individual or family imo.

Can't even attach it to the shower head as it's too heavy. Unfortunately left it too late to return.
