I just started my second bottle. I was at my doctor a week ago and my blood pressure was 124/65. It used to run 124/78. I am so impressed. I never do reviews but I just had to let others know that it has made a real difference in mine. I am 74 yrs old and am in very good shape. I keep my weight down and exercise regularly. Another great thing is you only take one capsule a day. My manager at work has been taking the powder you mix and he does not like the taste. He is going to purchase this.

Capsules seemed loosely packed compared to other capsules that I had, still seemed to a good value for the price I paid. I had 2 a day and noticed increased energy. Emptying capsule contents into oatmeal or smoothie seems to help with absorption.

I've been taking beat root to lower blood pressure and regulate my cardiovascular system. There's 320 capsules and I take one a day so it's great price to last for more than 10 months. Especially for the amount of milligrams(8000). It takes an hour or 2 for the body too turn it into nitrates but once that happens i feel a burst of energy, focus and I feel pumped. There's no noticeable smell or fragrance to the pills, they are small and easy to swallow, taste like nothing and they work great.

Very healthy. Will eventually try beet root liquid. Great for heart and opening veins
