I liked the size, weight and texture of these. Got a pack to put one each in my two betta tanks. I checked for pointy edges- there was only one or two but I can tell the item is cheaply made so it might be different for every order. Mine were fine, I just filled around a spot on the opening to make sure my betta’s fins don’t get caught. I boiled them in water for 10 minutes just to get ride of dust/germs and then put them in the tanks. They don’t float to the top and my girls love them!

The media could not be loaded.  Love the fact that you can place one on top. The down side is that you have too, use a nail filer to smooth the rim of them. Mr bubbles loves going though them

These look great and I’m sure the frogs will love them when we put them in their new tank!

Small fish love the cover

I have a 3 gallon tank I keep my 2 frogs in. Only the small one fits in my tank but my buddies love to hide under and inside this rock. Love it when they poke their heads out to watch you.

I got the small and medium set along with the mountain and have them stacked alongside the edge of my betta’s 5.5gal aquarium. They balance ok, but having the edge of the aquarium to rest against they seem very stable (I poured water on them as a test during the last water change). He loves going through the spaces between them and the wall and in and out of the top two rocks (which are the smaller ones). The mountain doesn’t have the same clear line of sight between openings (there’s a bit of a right turn) and he doesn’t seem to have the same interest/trust it yet. Even if he never goes in, the tower is great and seems like it provides good enrichment without taking up his side-to-side swimming space.

The sharpness around the openings worries me. It’s just not very smooth. I like the design though! My fish doesn’t seem to care

I bought this because I needed a hideout for my beta that had large openings so he would stop shredding his fins, he’s a big boy. So far he really likes it. Comes with a few rough spots but they give you a little emery board to sand it to your liking. Looks very nice in our tank.

Nice quality. Looks stunning on a fish tank. Perfect for small fishes. It comes with a little filer that I used to smooth the sharp edges.

They look amazing in my 40 gallon fish tank. Most of my fish are too large to swim inside but they enjoy picking the algae of the top!
