This rod can be moved and provides a great grounding solution for your generator because that's what I'm using it for.. I have a predator 6500 Watt generator that requires a grounding solution.. I bought this rod, very easy too install as the end of it is pointed.. good value very easy to install with just a hammer..

As long as you're careful hammering it in you should have no issues. Not quite as thick as some but worked well for our fence.

J’utilise cette tige comme mise à la terre de ma génératrice portative. C’est très facile à installer. Toutefois, afin de ne pas endommager la tige lorsque l’enfonce dans le sol il vaut mieux placer un bloc de bois sur le dessus de la tige au lieu de frapper directement sur la tige. J’ai aussi installé aussi une cosse à anneau (ring terminal) 12-10 AWG sur l’extrémité du fil qui est branché sur le goujon (stud) de 1/4 pouce de la prise de mise a la terre de la génératrice.

Fast delivery and happy with the product. I used it to ground my generator. Very easy to install. The fact it comes with the grounding wire to connect the generator to the rod is convenient. No instructions on how to install came with the product but there are plenty of useful generic instructional videos available online.
