We needed a VFL that could reach one of our hubs sights roughly 7m out. This worked and we has a strong light presence. Our entire team now carries these VFL.

After a few days of light use, the internal components started coming loose. The laser flickers, the battery compartment barely holds the batteries in place, and the whole thing feels like it’s falling apart. It’s obvious that the manufacturer cut corners on quality.

I work for a telecommunications company, so this tool comes in very handy. Easy to use. It has a collar that rotates around the top so that it can protect the power switch from accidentally turning on.. Batteries are easy to change out if they start to corrode. Nice grip. I have used several times, no issues. I have the 30 km (18 mile) version. I recommend this item.

I work in a facility where there are no less than six different agencies sharing infrastructure, network racks, and data closets. Spread out across a facility taking two city blocks, lacking labelling or documentation and having a literal web of copper, fiber, and coax makes my job of tracking down anything quite the task. The laser is powerful enough that you WILL see it on the other end, even in the worst conditions. The various connector types make sure that you're going to be able to use it on nearly any fiber you run across. Good product, I actually bought two.

Worked like a charm. Was able to locate the other end of the fiber cable from one building to our Main Distribution Frame (MDF). With the tool was able to return the site to service.

The first one receuved got manufacture defect, the On/Off switch stuck. Contacted seller, seller responded right away. Got a replacement the very next day. Thanks. Works great for the price value.
