Really nice, thick and should be great for protecting ou table!

They are exactly what I wanted, however when they arrived there was a bad odor , pretty sure it was from the tint they use, after a day outside , the odor was much better.

These are very thick and look hand woven. The way they packaged them with twine left damage on a couple of them so I am hopeful I can get a replacement because they really are pretty.*Update: I ordered a replacement set because the wrapping left damaged spots on the placemats and I figured even if it happens again I can pick the non-deformed ones and send the others back. The replacements I received are not the same color as the placemats I got last time so unfortunately that plan didn't work and the replacements I received had damage as well. I may try a third time because I like these some much, but they really need to package these better.

They are very pretty. Just a little small

I love these! I have been looking for place mats that were heat resistant, looked good, and didn't cost an arm and a leg! These protect my table without fuss. The circle is just the right size so they fit around the table without overlapping. They are so well made and heat resistant! I previously had to use place mats and a trivet under plates so that the condensation from hot plates wouldn't ruin my table. The weave is tight enough and these mats thick enough that I can keep the trivets for the serving dishes.

I would have given this 5 stars because they look as described in the photos and looks esthetically pleasing on the kitchen table. However, the reason I gave it 3 was because in all of the place mats there were long black hairs woven in :( I was grossed out pulling them out. I Lysol sprayed them down and still have them but that was definitely gross to say the least

I really liked these and the price is right, they do have small defects but I used them for under lamps etc and you can’t notice them.. the defects aren’t bad and they actually add the look of being crafted by hand. I’m pleased
