Strong, Compact, and Reliable
These carabiners surprised me with how solid and versatile they are. Whether for outdoor use or just organizing gear, they’ve earned a permanent spot in my pack.🔒 Super Strong and Well-MadeThe 860 lbs weight capacity feels very believable—these clips are solid. The carbon steel construction and smooth black finish give them a premium feel without the premium price. They're perfect for securely attaching gear to bags, hammocks, or keychains.📏 Compact but Not FlimsyAt 3 inches, they’re a great middle ground—not bulky, but big enough to be functional. I’ve used them for gym bags, travel, and even organizing cords. The wire lock mechanism is snappy and holds firm without sticking.📦 Multipack = Great ValueGetting 6 in a pack makes these an excellent deal. Whether you need one for your backpack or ten for household tasks, this set covers it.✅ Pros:860 lb weight ratingSmooth, reliable wire lockSleek matte black finishComes in a 6-pack—great value❌ Cons:None. It’s a no-fail product at this price.Overall:If you need strong, compact carabiners for general use, these are a perfect pick. Functional, sturdy, and surprisingly sleek—what more could you ask for?

Very Solid Clips
Pros:Size and Feel: Not huge but not tiny either they are about the length of a finger and fit nicely in the palm. They are sleek and look great.Durability: I tried messing with these as soon as a got them and they’ve held up well. I tried bending them with my hands, testing the clip quality and trying to see if anything felt loose or would break and nothing budged. The Black paint will for sure scratch off over time however it seems it won’t scratch easily even after seeing a lot of use. I dropped it a couple times to test and nothing was bent or damaged other than very light scratches.Quality: Great clip quality and honestly a good buy for money value. I’ve seen a lot of clips that are just flimsy or don’t lock up well and these ones don’t seem to have those issues for now. I plan to use these for carrying water bottles, keys, etc and these will work PERFECT.Cons:Paint might wear off and you’ll see scratches if you use these a ton and beat them up. If you don’t care like me then these are a great buy!

EZYA Heavy Duty Carabiner Clips: Tough and Handy for Everyday Gear
OverviewI recently picked up the EZYA Heavy Duty Carabiner Clips (860lbs, 3" Iron, Black, 2-pack) to use for outdoor activities and organizing my gear. Marketed as multi-purpose D-ring hooks for keys, camping, hiking, and more, these carabiners promised durability and ease of use. After testing them in various scenarios, here’s my take on their performance.Design and BuildThe EZYA carabiners are compact, measuring 3 inches, and come in a sleek black finish with an electrophoretic paint coating that feels rugged and resists wear. Made from iron, they have a solid, heavy-duty feel—definitely sturdier than lightweight aluminum alternatives. The D-shaped design maximizes the gate opening, making it easy to clip onto backpacks, belts, or dog leashes. At about palm-sized, they’re portable but not so small that they feel flimsy. The spring-loaded gate is smooth and can be operated one-handed, though I noticed it’s slightly stiffer than some premium models, requiring a bit of force to open.FunctionalityThese carabiners are rated for a maximum static load of 860lbs (390kg), which is impressive for non-climbing gear, but the product clearly states they’re not suitable for climbing or heavy-duty safety equipment. I used one to secure my water bottle to a backpack during a hike, and it held firm even with the bottle swinging around. Another was used to clip my dog’s leash to a harness, and it handled my 50-pound pup’s tugs without issue. I also tested them for hanging a lightweight hammock (under 25 pounds), and they performed well, with no signs of bending or wear. However, one user review mentioned a carabiner bending under just 5kg (11lbs), which raises concerns about consistency for heavier loads, so I’d avoid pushing them near their stated limit.Ease of UseThe premium spring clip is a highlight, snapping shut securely and opening smoothly with practice. I clipped my keys to a belt loop for daily use, and while it worked great for quick access, the hook occasionally caught on my pants, which was a minor annoyance. Some users have modified the hook’s shape to avoid this, but I found it manageable. The size is perfect for clipping to bags or organizing gear, and the included keyrings in the pack were a nice bonus for versatility.Durability and ValueThe iron construction feels robust, and the waterproof, wear-resistant coating held up well against rain and rough handling during a weekend camping trip. Customer feedback praises their sturdiness for tasks like securing sails or gym equipment, though some noted they’re heavier than expected for keychain use. At around $10–$15 for a 2-pack, they’re a great value compared to pricier brands like Black Diamond, offering similar functionality for casual use. The main drawback is their weight—slightly heavier than aluminum options, which might matter for ultralight backpackers.DrawbacksWhile these carabiners are versatile, they’re not perfect. The weight can feel excessive for keychain use, and the hook catching on belt loops is a minor hassle. The warning against using them for climbing or heavy loads is critical—stick to lightweight tasks to avoid potential failure. Mixed reviews on weight capacity also suggest some units may underperform, so I’d err on the side of caution with heavier items.VerdictThe EZYA Heavy Duty Carabiner Clips are a reliable, budget-friendly choice for outdoor enthusiasts and everyday carry. They shine for tasks like securing keys, water bottles, dog leashes, or lightweight camping gear, with a sturdy build and easy-to-use design. However, their weight and occasional hook snagging might bother some users, and they’re not suited for heavy or dynamic loads. For casual hikers, campers, or anyone needing a durable clip for under $15, these are a solid pick. Just don’t expect them to handle extreme tasks.

Great for holding keys
Good quality clip with a good closure. Holds very strong. Wife uses it to hold her keys. It's about the size of her palm. Definitely worth the price.
