Great upgrade for my Jeep JK
I love this setup - easy to install, improves braking drastically, and looks awesome. Priced just above stock parts so - well worth the upgrade for me!

Might be the fix I was looking for.
Perfect fit. Noiseless, and seems to have increased stopping power. Rural mail carrier on a right hand drive jeep wrangler. Was replacing pads at $80.00 every 20,000 miles. We will see how these hold up. 06/20/2022 update. Did not like the longevity of the pads. went to commercial grade semi-metallic and getting 36,000 miles out of that combo with the Power Stop rotors. The rotors have been on for 130,000 miles now and still perform great! Will definitely replace rotors with Power Stop rotors when I finally need a new set. Great Rotors!

High Quality
I have a 2017 JK Wrangler Unlimited Sport and this was the first time I did brakes. I highly recommend the Powerstop Z36 especially if you tow or have larger than factory tires on it, which I do and have. I ordered the FRONT and REAR rotors and all new brake pads with new E-Brake shoes as well. I also ordered the Brake pad kit and new rear shoe kit to make sure all was new. I literally watched a YouTube install from A1 Auto and did the job myself and basically it was easy except for the E-Brake shoe install which I completed but the spring mechanism is difficult and required patience. I have to say this has been an incredible upgrade and the stopping power and smoothness is better than when I bought the Jeep with the OEM rotors and pads. As a first timer, I will always use Powerstop and do the job myself!

Need new pads/rotors on a Jeep JK? Buy these. Works good for Daily Driving and Trail.
OVERALL:For slightly more than you would pay for a OEM set of rotors and pads you get this Powerstop kit with everything that you will need. I would recommend getting slightly more brake lube, but you can make do with the provided if you are stingy. My old brakes were not very worn, but i felt it was time to do the maintenance. I have no noise after going through a good amount of mud this weekend, and towing a trailer 2x since install. I can verify that these are very "Jeep" worthy.FITMENT:Fits a Jeep JKU Sport '13 like a glove. Front set replaced. Double check that you are placing the rotors on the correct side (they are pass/drive side specific). Miles on JK 57k. Replacing original hardware.LOOK:Looks great. Very noticeable that you have upgraded hardware.PERFORMANCE:Seems somewhat close to stock performance on the street. The Powerstop kit I placed on my Nissan Maxima 04 seems to have increased braking, but for the Jeep JK it seems close to stock. Not sure why this is. Could be due to the original condition of brakes (much better on my JK), compared to our Maxima brakes (SUPER worn).I have towed our trailer 2x, and both times they seemed to work well. No overheating or squeaking.I keep hearing about people that say "mud/rocks/grit/sticks will get caught in the rotor holes". I COMPLETELY disagree with this theory. Simply look at many of the new UTV/ATV's. They all have slotted rotors that are much more aggressively slotted than these. Our Polaris RZR 900 has 4x slotted rotors, I have never once needed to clean them because of this or stop and get a stick out (I do have to get out and clear sticks out of the rims and undercarriage quite often - general trail riding condition). The mud splashed on these and medium brush has not affected them, nor would I expect something to get caught in them. Trail riding in the JK is still the same.CONS:Needs more lube in the packet. Especially if you are re-doing the caliper slide pin grease.

Vast improvement over the stockers.
Bought for my Jeep JK. Definitely a thicker, beefier disc setup. The stockers feel vague, and wooden. Especially with 35 in rubber. This kit is a straight forward install. Fit and finish is of quality. And make a definite difference on how the jeep slows and stops. Just be sure to follow the break in direction. This is important, as it greatly effects the outcome of the performance of the brakes.

Best brake upgrade.

Good kit but shipping and pricing is a tad confusing.
Great kit. Glad I bought my stopping power is much better with my 32.5 tires. Nothing wrong with the kit however I do have a minor complaint.I originally tried to buy the complete kit but they wouldn't ship it to my PO Box address. I ended up buying the front and rear kits separately and it was about $50 cheaper. I kind of came on this by fluke... no one told me to order it like that. Why would it be cheaper to buy and ship separately? Also why wouldn't you let me order this kit as a whole but you will ship the exact same parts to me in two orders?I know it's a minor thing to complain about but it's just a bit odd. All in all I would buy this kit again and I would reccommend it to anyone. It was much cheaper than my parts store.
