It Works Well but a bit Bulky
I got these for my mom, for overnight wear. She told me she liked these better than the other pads by the same company she had been using. She likes them because they are wider, where it needs it to be wide. It covers morespace, so there isn't any leakage at all. My mom is a small woman, she wished they sold the same product for asmaller woman. The front of the pad is very bulky, but it enables her to place the wide part where it is needed. She said she can live with it, since she just wears them to bed. But it's not very attractive.

They work and they're not horribly expensive
Five stars people these are good. They are absorbent and get the job done. There is a kind of an odd smell when you first open the package but it's a chemical smell that all of these products have. This one's not as bad as some of the others I have used. It gets the job done

Most absorbing, great width coverage and protection!
These pads are great! They are soft and keep you feeling dry when unable to make it to the bathroom, which happens far too often. I do not tape them to my underwear, just cover the tape strips and tuck them. (I am 81 and miss the days when period pads had long tabs to wear with a belt and that prevented the pads from moving around.) My underwear is microfiber, fits tight enough to help keep the pads in place.I use Tena Intimate Overnight Incontinent Pads day and night and have never had them bunch up. They are a GREAT PRODUCT!I pray Tena DOES NOT CHANGE this pad and start adding the white stuff that turns into gel when wet.BTW, I was using Poise #5 pads during the day, but they changed their very suitable thinner pads and started adding the gel stuff, they now feel more narrow are less absorbent and I had to add another pad over the bottom pad to absorb liquid after putting a few slits in the top pad so the urine could leak through to the bottom pad for protection. WHAT A TERRIBLE MISTAKE! When I made the small slits in the bottom of the upper pad, I found out Poise had added the white stuff that looks like salt and it POURED out of the pad and landed all over my slacks, underwear and floor. I tried to mop it up and unknowingly made it much worse.... ending up with slime balls everywhere that do not mop up. I spent at least an hour trying to get all of the slime gel balls cleaned up.I called Poise to see if the #6 pads had changed and was told "NO" they had not changed. I ordered them and "WRONG!"! They had changed them too.Now I'm thankful to be using Tena Intimate Overnight Incontinence Pads days and nights for the remainder of my life unless Tena tries to fix something that isn't broken and ruins these pads.

More Affordable
My household decided to try this because our regular brand was out of stock (Poise nighttime) and I liked the price being more affordable for a similar product. They are very comparable to our regular brand in size, fit, & comfort level but they aren't quite as absorbent for complete bladder gushes. If you have lighter to moderate leakage they are wonderful and will hold quite a lot of liquid but you have to be a bit more careful with fast heavy full bladder release with these because gushes tend to leak, they just don't absorb as fast as our usual brand but they are still great for leaks & squirts. They ARE a great product and they will remain our new second choice from now on when we can't get our regular brand but we still prefer Poise for heavy gushes and these are a very close second and priced much better and are great quality. It's Summertime and even dressing light in shorts or thin pants they are not noticeable at all in our experience.*If my review helped you please let me know by hitting the Helpful button. I love this. I am a girl with a very heavy period and these work really good they go all the way up to your butt and covers everything especially at night.

Helpful with adult incontinence. Length is good. They’re not bulky they have a nice smell. Great absorbance.

Pad is soft & Fit is good.
Soft & comfortable & nice does not cause itch. Would like more bulk & thickness option for overnight,

Not what I expected
People compared to Poise overnight pads but they really don’t compare. They are not as absorbent, the front of pad is narrower. The pad is very soft and thick so not as ‘stable’ and bunches up. These don’t have odor control either. You can feel the wetness with Tena. The poise drop 8 pads are truly overnight pads. They’re a little longer, wider at the front, thinner but absorbent and control odor. For larger ladies these give you good coverage for laying on your back ir side.I recommend Poise Drop 8 overnight pads over the Tena overnight pads. I would use the Tena pads during the day but not at night.
