Great value and communication.
For the price its a great couch. The back cushions are really comfy. The seat is a little firm which is to be expected to accommodate the other features. Had a minor issue with one peice which was replaced within days. Great experience.

i would not buy
no cushion to the seating you could feel the ply wood used in seats the wood or frame you would sit on no cushion , threw out within 3 months and just bought a new sectional same price much better … had assembly issues because was not aligned right … this is not worth your money, with the amount spent should of at least lasted a year or two not 3 months . fabric would bubble up…

Great Sofa and experience
The seller was attentive and updated us during the process. It arrived by Fedex on time.He was quick to answer any questions and reached out to make sure we were happy. The sofa is excellent and exactly as advertised. We love it. My granddaughter is two and loves to keep it open to play on. I definitely recommend.

Great couch!
Arrived quickly and I needed some help putting it together but assembly directions were simple. It came with all the assembly parts, but I still recommend having a power drill and mallot to put everything in place. It's such a comfortable and affordable couch, we love it in our home!

Hard as a rock. Don't buy it!
Very uncomfortable save your self the hassle, buyer must pay for returns, which will cost a fortune.Also they leave it at your door stoop for a $250 shipping fee.I live in a 4 floor walk up....what a nightmare to carry for a disappointing product!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

The part that comes out to make it into a big bed in a way keep coming out.
Literally the cheapest product I’ve ever bought so disappointed. It’s cute but I can’t make the couch bigger without it breaking apart. Sadly.
