Did not use for human injection or animal.
I don't know about pain because I don't inject myself with these. The work great for injecting IPA around perimeter of iPhone and tablets to dissolve the glue and open them. For that they are perfect. Just the right size needle.

Not quite as good as the pharmacy BD brand syringes, but very decent for backups.
I bought these when I broke one of my prescription syringes and didn't have extras to last until my next prescription refill. I use them for testosterone cypionate as a transgender man; I do subcutaneous injections. I'm used to 5/8" needles instead of 1" but I honestly didn't feel much difference. The plunger of the syringe is a little flimsy, and the suction is not the best, so it works better to puncture the vial and then turn everything upside down to get the medicine out instead of trying to draw up, but it definitely works in a pinch and I'm not disappointed.

Needles
Got here next day. I used an Amazon box. They sent me an email with a code. Went to store, put in the code, locker door popped open. Good quality item. Was a good buy and easy to do because I didn't have an address.

Quality, quantity, price
I hate wasting so I like to use a needle more than once. The sharpness of these makes that possible and you only start to feel the stick after a few uses. The quality is good. No leaking, and they are easy to use. As the cheapest option I could find, they are comparable to more expensive options I’ve purchased at cvs. Would buy again.

Dulls after filling syringe
These syringes are okay. The issue I've noticed is that after withdrawing medicine from a bottle, the needle point becomes very dull, which makes the injection very painful. The only way around this that I have found is to chane the tip after filling the syringe. Doing that ensures you have a sharp tip, but it also expends the syringes twice as fast since you are essentially using two per use. If it would stay sharp, it would be great.
