The worst part about this is the screw together pieces. The threading is weird and to me not obvious which side goes to which hole. But now that I have it memorized it is no big deal.Surprisingly the thing stays tight when using, I fully expected to have to keep tightening the head to the bar, but never do. Maybe because it’s so light in weight. I have not used the squeegee part yet but it’s just a bonus in my opinion because I felt like 20$ for a brush was excellent especially because I could break it down to fit in the back part of my small suv with out taking up unnecessary space. I anticipate the squeegee will not disappoint as the materials are better than the brush. Perfect for Car owners, but I suppose using your hand works too lol. My suv is way taller than my 5’6” height so washing the windshield and roof is not possible with out this or some step stool. Plus the rag that goes over the brush head is removable and you can use it like a rag because I prefer washing by hand until I can’t. The rag has a drawstring with a push down button that you drag to tighten. At first I didn’t like that, because I was afraid the button would hit my car and potentially scratch the paint. But it doesn’t and it’s really the only way to make it tight enough to stay on. I could think of a better way to make it tight, but not at a realistic level for a business using the same price point under 20$.To me I was pleasantly surprised by the overall price and decent quality though I fully expected it to be on cheaper light weight side. I mean I knew I wasn’t buying a wood broom stick frame with an actual brush/bristles. So yeah I would recommend.The towel is thick in material and has a loop on it so you can attach it to something. That may be useful for someone else. Also the microfiber towel was a little bigger than I expected. My expectations weren’t extremely high obviously 😆The brush head stays in place when washing at weird angles especially underneath the plastic bumpers or moldings. It’s not as flimsy as you might guess when opening it up and putting it together, it works well! I’d probably rate it 4.8star I’m giving 5, because it’s functionality was great, and there wasn’t any problems Ang I’ve used it several times, plus again I wanted something storable! Every time I put a brush on the side of the garage the head falls to the ground or someone else not as smart comes along and puts the brush down on the he it collects rocks and is ruined. This is packable, I can put it away when I’m done and know that there’s nothing getting ruined while it’s stored!! That’s huge for me.

Works for those hard to reach places on my truck, the handle was sturdy so i was able to pit some force down for scrubbing

I drive a minivan, and I am short. Even if I stand on a stepladder, I cannot reach the center of my windshield. So I got this cleaning set to help. It works great! The microfiber mop is super soft, even after being used and rinsed. The handle served its purpose, I could reach the center of my windshield with ease, even without a stepladder. And it was easy to assemble (just screw the pieces together). The first time I used it I only had the intention of cleaning my front and rear windshields. But it worked so well and made it so easy to clean them, I ended up washing my entire car in less than 30 minutes. And by the way, I’m 62 years old and have arthritis. I consider this one of the best purchases I’ve made.

I bought this to help wash the top of my full size SUV. But everyone likes using it for their midsize and compact cars!! Good quality

Reached the areas I wanted it to reach very easy to use

I only got 3 pole pieces, instead of 4. The bag arrived half-opened and it was not carefully packaged. I cannot use this item as intended with a missing piece.[UPDATE]I returned the incomplete set and I received the replacement. The replacement came in its box (as it should have from the start) and I was able to use it successfully. The microfiber is really soft and the squeegee/sponge really does the trick. I was able to wash my 4-door sedan in just 15 minutes with this equipment....whereas before, it would take me twice as much simply because I do not reach enough to clean the roof by hand and needed to use a step.Special notes....I noticed the quality of the squeegee to not be quite good enough. It feels kinda cheap...that is the only thing I would improve: better sponge/squeegee quality.

The mop works perfect for what I need it for then when you get those extras with it, it’s even better. All in one

It is helpful when cleaning the car but pole is not sturdy
