Bought as gift and she loved it.

Three years after purchasing two sets of these little lamps, the little chains began to snap off. I now must screw in and unscrew out the light bulbs to turn the lamps on and off. Maybe three years is the life-span for these pull chains, but I wish these lamps had been designed with an on/off switches instead of the chains. This was the only defect.

I really like the simple and modern look of these accent lamps. They are just as pictured and perfect for nightstands in any bedroom.The items arrived in perfect condition with no blemishes or creases in the lamp shade.The USB works on each lamp and the weight of it works very well, as you do not feel like the lamp will tip over when utilizing the lamp. Great buy! Will most likely buy another set for the guest bedroom very soon!UPDATE: I ended buying another set for my guest room, and they arrived as perfectly as the first set.This gives my guests an easy source of light and a place to charge their phone without needing to hunt for the closest outlet.2020 Update: one of the chains broke off of my husband’s lamp and could not be easily repaired as it snapped off from the inside. So I decided to buy a different lamp with a button switch instead to avoid the same problem. They’re not as nice looking as these, but I can see them lasting longer.

Love these lamps! I was looking for simple white lamps to go with my grey and white master bedroom. I've had an issue ordering "white" décor to match and having it actually be off-white/cream when it arrived. These are true white and beautiful. They arrived fully intact, no scratches or dings in the stainless steel and no dents or tears in the shades. The cords are quite long which is good if your outlets aren't right by the place you want to place your lamps. And so far they are working excellently! The lights turn on and off, and the USB ports charge our phones overnight! Fair warning though: they charge phones much more slowly than a wall charger. They're excellent for plugging your phone in overnight and leaving it. However, if you like to play on your phone while it's charging, the battery is most likely going to deplete faster than this charger can charge it, so it can die on you while it's plugged in. Other than that, I'm very happy with these lamps!

I initially bought these lamps as accent pieces for my living room, some the convenience of having USB ports in the living room was conducive to the regular amount of guests I have at my home. They're aesthetically pleasing and serve their intended purpose, but they're quite flimsy for what they are. Considering they're a fraction of the price average for USB lamps, I'm certainly not disappointed. Definitely worth it.

I love these lamps and they look great! Nothing is as convenient as the usb charge port! But, less than a year after purchasing, one of the lamps pull-cord has pulled all the way out of the lamp and I can no longer turn it on and off.Update: I emailed Lamps Plus and without hesitation they are sending a replacement lamp. Very good and fast customer care!2nd Update: Exactly one week after being told that a replacement lamp would be sent to me, it arrived at my door. I couldn’t be more pleased with the prompt replacement. I would absolutely recommend doing business with this company.

Great set of lamps. They work great and fit right in with my simplistic decor. One thing to look out for is the size, they do run a little smaller then I expected, certainly not a deal breaker but just something to know.
