The tape was easy to iron on the flat double stitched seam on the barbeque grill cover that we made out of a Sun Brella type fabric. The instructions were missing, I set the iron to medium with no steam and placed the tacky side over the seam and ironed at a speed of about a foot per 30 seconds or until I saw the melt slightly ooze from the tape. If it sticks to your iron or the tape melts through then set your iron cooler and iron a little faster. It is really easy to get it right and if you need to just go back over the tape until you see the slight ooze.

Takes a fair amount of heat but worked great to repair seams on gortex jacket.

Really good, I used it to repair seams and also a rip around a zip (around the zip I put 3 layers which were easy to apply). It works better that the description and irons on really easily, even on fabrics that won’t take a high temperature.

Tape worked okay, but was tricky to get to actually stick to the fabric. I tried on denim, faux patent leather, and a couple other things. Was hard to get it to lay flat without wrinkles. I think if I had been more patient it would have worked alright

Product appears as represented. Easy to apply. Good adhesion, clean, and flexible.Only wish the rolls were longer. Needed 3 rolls to re-tape the seams on two 3-layer Gore-Tex jackets over 20 years old. Really bombproof and built to last in those days! I'm just trying to keep these jackets going as light duty backups.I haven't washed them since the repair, but I'd expect this tape to hold up for at least 2 or 3 years.

Didn't work well at all. Iron it but if didn't stick. If the iron was too hot it would have melted the rain jacket ibwas trying ot fix.

This worked great to reseal the seams of my golf rain suit. The original stripping had disintegrated and repairing it with this tape and a hot iron was easy. It didn't come with instructions, but I just went back onto Amazon to get the specifics of how to apply it. Saved big bucks in not having to buy a new rain suit. I just ordered another roll to keep on hand for emergencies.

Bought this tape to revitalize one of my favorite ski jackets. The original tape was peeling and falling apart. Ironed this tape to jacket and so far is perfect to keep wind from coming through the seams. Highly recommend.
