Good iron - ferritin increasing nicely
Since beginning taking this iron in October 2024, my ferritin levels have gone from a paltry 14 to a "getting better" 45 on Mar 19. From what I read, that is not fast, but more like an expected increase due to the fact that I can't take as much as my doctor recommended due to side effects. I need to reach 100. I wasn't sure how well my body would respond, so even though this wasn't "fast," I think it's an effective product and will continue to take it. I have been researching ways I can more easily absorb it to try to accelerate its effectiveness. As a vegan, finding quality iron with nothing in it except Iron and Vitamin C was challenging. I'm ok with the price - the value for the money to meet my needs is good enough for me.As a warning: Please do not take iron unless your ferritin levels are low. It can be very bad.

Truly vegan iron supplements 🐰
I'm vegan and I wanted to find an iron supplement that was not animal derived — I thought it would be easy but it actually isn't and most iron supplements do contain some animal derived contents.I asked where the source for the iron in the Future Kind supplements comes from and this was a response from the seller:We use a chelated form of iron called ferrous bisglycinate. It's a non-GMO form of iron which has been shown to be more effectively absorbed than other types and to be gentler on the stomach. It's produced by taking iron from the soil and combining it with plant-derived protein matter, glycine. They really are vegan!I just just received the supplements and I'm happy with the environmentally respectful packaging and and the capsules in the bottle which are small enough to be easily swallowed. I feel like the sellers, who are brothers and certified plant nutritionists, seem to really have healthy and kind motivations for their products and their company. The company even donates a portion of their profits towards animal rescue and rehabilitation groups.I'm trying my first supplement today, so far all good.

Vegan Iron
Very good, clean iron supplement. Perfect for vegans. A little pricier than some brands, but you get what you pay for.

Easy iron
Being anemic, I don’t always get enough iron in my diet. Unlike most iron supplements I’ve tried, these do not upset my stomach. Not only am I getting a proper dosage of iron, I am also less light-headed when I stand up after sitting down for a while. They are snap, easy to swallow and have little to no taste.

Best Iron I've Found
I've been looking for a good iron supplement for a long time. I've tried many. I've had iron infusions due to low iron for way too long and so I have to have something that works and this is the one for me. No stomach upsets and the capsules are really small. One per day is all that's needed for me to keep my iron levels where they need to be.

Great iron supplement
I’m always deficient in iron every time I get blood work done but this time around because I started taking these literally less the 60 days prior to my appointment my iron levels were in a good range.

Good company with on vegan, filler free products - iron and extra acerola cherry C for absorption
I am vegan and have had low iron in the past so I make sure to take a separate iron pill daily. In general iron can help everyone with fatigue and it's especially important for women who are menstruating and losing extra iron monthly. It can be harder to find pills that are market as vegan, have chelated iron, and are free of junk fillers - in this case just rice powder. This ticks all those boxes as well as having a tiny bit of natural vitamin C from acerola cherry, which in and of itself has a lot of health benefits. They could have gone for any old vitamin C or nothing at all so this is a welcome plus. While I did like all this and that this brand is going for sustainable vegan products I was a bit confused as to why this bottle had to come in a large cardboard box especially when they were pushing the sustainability aspect. I rarely see vitamins that come in an extra box.I like this mid range iron dose for daily use and didn't have any ill effects like stomach issues while taking the pills. The pills do however have that iron taste in your mouth a bit, which I guess is a plus because you can tell it's iron but I really hate that taste and have tried some pills that have more extras than the C, are similar prices, and don't have the iron taste as much when just putting the pill in your mouth. I do support this company and it's a good all around iron pill but next time I think I'll stick to my normal brand due to more extras for absorption and lack of iron taste - however that doesn't mean that this one isn't a great vegan iron supplement that ticks almost all of the boxes which can be next to impossible to find especially when just shopping at physical stores.I haven't had any stomach issues

Used while pregnant
Needed extra iron on top of my prenatal. This was a great addition. I love the glass bottle it comes in.
