Overall a great product! The device feels like a quality piece of kit, and I like it! The packaging comes with a sleek design. I think it quite thoughtful to include a pair of glasses in it. The instructions were detailed and clear to understand, and it was easy to use. The hair removal device sits comfortably while holding it. I've tried it for a few days, and it's very gentle. I know I will use it often and look forward to smoother, hairless skin.

The unit stopped working on the second use. They sent me a replacement and the second unit stopped working before 10 uses. It's crap.

It works if you’re consistent and give it time and patience(which I don’t have).This is a good product overall, considerating the price of it. Of course couldn’t wait for the highest quality out there but it’s acceptable. The downside is the time it takes to treat, going three times, for example on the arms, will take more than 1 hour. If there was a continuous flash maybe would do the work faster and of course I would give 5 ⭐️

A very impressive product! Took some time to finally decide to try this out. I have to say it is quite impressive. The product comes with a detailed user guide which is easy to follow. Also a razor and some essential tools are included. The process is painless. Overall, the product is satisfactory!

I've only been using this item for a couple of weeks, so I'm not sure if it's doing anything yet. Aside from that, it is easy to use and sunglasses are provided. The only thing it does not explain in the instructions is how many pulses and how long you are supposed to use it.

Very nice hair removal product and durable design. Compared to other hair removers, they just perform well and glide smoothly. This one does and more. Very happy with this purchase.

This product stopped working after 10 uses. It is too expensive for that. Don’t get this one. It works “ok” when it works

The product is described as a permanent hair removal, which I consider is very deceiving since it does NOT removes hair, you need to shave it and then apply the light which is not intended to remove it, but to "reduce growth"... after 2 months of using it, if it ever actually happens.I bought this product expecting to save some time, they suggest you to use it for at least 7 weeks to see results (really?!), which is conviniently after the time you're allowed to return it.After wasting time and money with this ridiculous product, I went and had professional laser treatments, which actually removed the hairs right away in the first session and have the work done long term.
