This mix is EXACTLY what I expected. Yes, it’s got a salty after taste. It has Himalayan salt in it. I can’t have many electrolyte drinks because of the preservatives they put in them. This is the first I have found in 2 years I can consume and I am thrilled with it. I ordered the pink lemonade flavor and it was refreshing and I didn’t have to force it down. It was delicious! It has the same consistency as Gatorade and mixes/dissolves well. I am excited to try other flavors. I drank this after my 2 mile run today and didn’t feel fatigued or run down like I normally do. Love this stuff!

This is the best stuff ever! I wouldn’t say I noticed it gave me any energy but it does seem to provide better hydration with a great taste.

Tastes very good but it is a very small size. I wish it was about twice the size. That would be a better value for me

I like this item the flavors a little odd as it’s got a bit of a salt after taste, so I add a pink lemonade water flavor and that helps. I do find myself trashing for my water more with this flavor
