Great quality tool and it works great.

I like this dual laser digital thermometer. It fits my usage intent better than the single laser digital thermometers. I.E. I want to know the average temp of the entire cooking surface before I dump my ingredients upon it. I want to know the average temp of the entire cat heating pads for all of my many outside cats, without having to bend over to check them all by hand. This unit gives me a better idea of the temp of an entire thing than just one small point on it. Works great and pretty accurate.

Works good. I’m a HVAC technician and a tool nut I have a Milwaukee a UEI and the Klein. And many times Ive used them side by side to assure no drastic differences in temperatures and the Klein holds up well. No need to spend over a hundred bucks on one to get perfectly accurate readings, the Klein does just fine.. I recommend this or any Klein tools to anyone looking for good and reliable products in the field

I am glad I chose the dual laser (more expensive) version of this infrared thermometer. Although most uses do not require its increased accuracy, the process of identifying thermal issues (with energy loses in home/home insulation) is greatly enhanced. I will also be using in various automotive applications. Thank you Klein Tools; great product at a very good price.

Why this works: • The pan is cast aluminum, not polished • It usually has a slightly dull / oxidized surface • It’s often lightly dirty from road dust, which raises emissivity slightly • 0.25–0.30 consistently gives realistic readings for Subaru CVT pans
