Nice Portable Linux Box
Great notebook, upgraded to internal ssd and Ubuntu + Kali dual boot. Everything runs wonderfully for my use (browsing, word processing, photo storage and watching movies).

Even after dumping all the unnecessary programs there was still not enough memory to open ...
Both my kids 3rd & 4th graders school supply list required every student have a laptop. Upon initial start up as usual requires OS updates and patches etc. There wasn't enough hard drive space for the required updates. Even after dumping all the unnecessary programs there was still not enough memory to open browser. :( Cheaper isn't always better. Lesson learned the hard way.

Wrong operational system
This laptop is not with windows, it works with chrome only and most software don't work with that. On the description it says windows but it is not. I sent back and they don't even give you the credit, you have to file a A to Z claim

Good for the cost
This labtop is very simple and spacebar sometimes doesn't work. However, the battery is reliable, durable, and this is a great value for the cost.

screen backlight stopped working not even half a year later
screen turned on black and stays dim.brightness says 100% but only visible with flashlight/ext monitor after only 8months of very very light use.very disappointed in lenovo. want to return
