Good amount of space inside and ability to hold water bottles handy - use for walking the dog, so everything is at hand!

Like many Osprey products it is quite expensive, but I bought this as a treat for myself. I find it really good for trail running, the bottle pockets fit two SIGG 600ml water bottles nice and snug and the elastic strap means there's no risk of them falling out.if you're doing treks short distance and don't need a full pack then this is really useful, I go hiking all the time and I would happily where this up to 20 miles, you'd be surprised at how much you can fit in and the hip pockets are very generous.

Excellent piece of kit. Ideal for walks on hot days where I need to carry some water but not much else.

The bottles do not interfere with your arms when walking or running. Really pleased with this piece of kit.

I'm comparing this to my venerable Karrimor Dart 5 that I've had for 20 years. In all bar one aspect, the Osprey Talon is far better - excellent construction, excellent padding, well thought out storage - my Karrimor was notionally more capacious, but this fits more, and it has lots of separate pockets so you can store your phone, snacks, or other small items in easily accessible places. It sits very well on your hips, and is very freeing when you walk, it's like it's not there. The only think that I don't like is that the fastening strap is a trifle narrow and can cut into your tummy - a friend is stitching on a wee bit of material to widen and pad it - but that should not stop you buying it, it's an excellent product, I'm just being as picky as possible.

I've had the Osprey Talon 6 for 5 years now. It is great storage and I do mountain biking with it two times a week. Only know I think I used it almost 300 times. 2 weeks ago the Buckle broke. I sent an email to Osprey and got a new buckle and a belt in 4 days. Now I actually have two bags but I'm happy that they bought another one and contribute to this amazing company with amazing customer support. Other than that the bag is really comfortable and you can do mountain biking running and other sport while wearing it. I would highly recommend it

great pack. holds just enough in the right places.side pockets for keys , sunglasses, phone, etc. Cinches uptight. loosens fast to spin around. feels great to wear. Have hiked and cross-country skied with it. holds just about any size bottle. Wish it still came with the water bottles, they look like a nice light and small size. Be careful with water bottle weight. the pack gets heavy real fast. everything about this pack is quality. Glad I could afford it.

Dieser Rucksack ist perfekt für Touren. Wertige Verarbeitung und vor allem auch die Taschen für die Trinkflaschen sind ordentlich konstruiert im Gegensatz zu den billigen Rucksäcken.

Talon 6 är en perfekt väska att ha med sig på kortare turer. Två vattenflaskor, vindjacka, T-shirt, liten handduk, mobilen, plånbok och ett äpple utan problem!Osprey levererade igen!
