I bought this pair of phones to replace one of my older Panasonic phones which failed. My problem has been that Panasonic has significantly improved this phone so hat it is not compatable with the old phone.I have not put them into use because I have not bothered to establish a phone book on these phones.Aiso these phones do not go into their holders quite so precisely.

Need more volumes on ear speakers and ringers!! Bought for senior members of society and only adequate. Come on Panasonic. Design your phone more like a smartphone. This design is 40 years old!!Also terrible choice of ring sounds. Not impressed.

Great price and easy to set up would recommend.

This product was used to help an aged gentleman get over his current system which had become faulty. It is what it is and does not seem to come with a good user guide. There seems to be no way to increase the volume for those hard of hearing (although I am still learning the phone's range of abilities), but it does have the bonus of being able to block nuisance callers.

They work as they should.

Unfriendly menu system and no speaker. Absence of a speaker makes it unsuitable for anyone hard of hearing and this should be made clear in the product info.
