Run Large
8mm Small measure 10 mm. Very large. Compared to original GN Resound 8mm you can see the difference.They Do fit my 2019 Resound Quarto hearing aids. Alot say hole is to small but they fit mine . Seem as durable as original domes . Comfort is ok , being 2mm larger they are a bit uncomfortable.

did not pair with hearing aid
were too big for my small ears. Tight fit. I could not get the receiver or mic on hearing to recognize ear buds. had to switch back to my original buds

They suck!
They are definitely nothing compared to the ones that my audiologist gave me. They constantly sound like they are clogged up yet are clean as clean can get. Nothing makes the sound clarity good with these and that defeats the purpose of them. Will definitely not buy again.
