Before birth (pregnancy 'down there' symptoms) and after birth when healing, this is a lifesaver! Cooling, stops itching, instant pain relief and I was in BAD pain throughout pregnancy. So worth it. Top tip, pump foam onto a cotton pad and place on painful area, and leave there. Replace when needed, absolutely amazing.

... what I didn't realise is that this product isn't recommended if you've had stitches! Most stitches these days are dissolvable so last thing you want is for your stitches to come apart 2 days after giving birth! Plus you need to keep stitches dry to avoid infection, and this will not keep them dry.I've been advised by midwife to not use it until healed.Saying that, this product gives incredible relief down under!

Thought I would test these out before birth as suffering with piles at the moment, witch hazel.is used to soothe them as well. I found just after a couple of minutes of wearing one everything went hot down there. There is alcohol in the ingredients so I think this is the reason. Don't use of you're sensitive.
