Excellent
I can't get enough of this stuff. I can't find any domestic pâté that is actually smooth and not somewhat chunky, at least not near me in this area of the US.This stuff is great; well balanced savory and slightly fatty/creamy flavor. Not overly salty. Extremely smooth mouth feel. I usually have it on whole grain crackers as a snack.I was skeptical that the 30-pack would arrive intact, as the individual containers are rather thin and have thin foil peel-back lids, but both times I've ordered this, it has arrived without issue.Highly recommend!

My Favorite Pate for Keto
I love pate. I grew up on puddin' mush (liver mush / liver pudding). We would fry it up and eat it with mustard for breakfast. I started the ketogenic diet a few months back and started looking for an easy snack to keep at work. I bought other brands of pate which have to be kept in the refrigerator and have to be consumed in a timely manner after opening. These were the perfect solution. Each container is one serving making it very convenient; I just keep a case in my desk at work and grab one when I need a snack. And each serving contains 14 g total fat (a nice boost of fat on keto), 4 g protein, 0 g net carbs (1 g total carb - 1 g dietary fiber = 0 g net carbs), and 240 mg sodium (very helpful on a low carb diet). It does have sugar listed as an ingredient which isn't ideal, but it is pretty far down on the list of ingredients and the nutrition label shows 0 g of sugars so it should be a negligible amount. The flavor and texture was unexpected since I was accustomed to the meatier, chunkier liver mush. But after about my second cup it really grew on me. The texture is smooth, soft and creamy. I don't even chew it; I savor it by the small spoonful and let it melt in my mouth. The flavor is good, too, but very mild and lightly seasoned. $26 for a case of 30 and free Prime shipping makes this very affordable. I'm about to run out of my first case so I'm back to order a second. I am not a pate expert, but I've tried several and this one is my favorite.

Delicious, unbelievably smooth pate!
I ordered the Podravka Tea Time Pate 50g/portion last week after seeing some Russian and Croatian MRE review videos on youtube. Everyone was saying how delicious pashtet was so I wanted to try it for myself. They weren't kidding, this stuff is fantastic! It's not grainy like some pate that I've had. It's almost like a creamy butter texture with a really rich and flavorful meaty taste. I put it on water crackers and it's just great. Also it was packaged really well and still fresh per the expiration date. I'll definitely be buying this again.

Not what I expected
Not what I expected, but I don't know if that's because I'm ignorant to this style of pate (likely). This is a very soft, fatty, almost meat butter similar to beef bone marrow. It's extremely mild with only the faintest of liver taste. I expected something a little bolder and denser. I can eat it and probably enjoy it, but it didnt satisfy the craving I had when purchasing this.

Very Faint Taste - Taste like Flavored Lard/Fat
I was not happy with the quality and flavor of the product. It tastes like colored and flavored lard or fat. My family and I have been eating European pate's and spreads for over 30 years and I would rate this product in the lowest 10% of quality and flavor.

A tasty and surprisingly economical pate----Goes well with crackers or French bread
This pate is mildly "livery" tasting, with a pleasant flavor and aroma that is enjoyable by itself. However, IMO, the flavor is considerably enhanced by mixing-in another product----La Rustichella Black Truffle Pate (available in 3.2 Oz size on Amazon). The pate is fine by itself, but the flavor is kicked up a notch by the addition and blending-in of THIS pate:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00APL8Q2S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1You don't have to add too much, but it should be stirred-in thoroughly for best results.Uses on any cracker or fresh bread.

Great portion - Shelf Stable - Mild Taste - Smooth - great value
This is an extremely mild, super smooth pate. If you don't generally like pate (maybe you've tried a rougher 'farmhouse' type and didn't like the chunks) you might want try this. Once you get over the fact it looks and smells like catfood, this is a versatile spread for packed lunches, easy breakfasts, snacks, and more. You'll definitely want some extra toppers: mustard, onions, capers, etc to gussy up crackers with this but overall, this is a pretty great commercial pate for what it is. The flavor is mostly in the aftertaste as the spread itself is fairly bland, but not completely flavorless. 4/5 would buy again, great deal for a case of them.

Tastes great refrigerated
Carefully packaged and doesn’t expire for two years. Yes, it does have different consistency than many other pates, but you can simply keep a few of these in the fridge, and they come out more solid when chilled. Tastes better chilled too!
