Having been a 'Yellow' brand power washer user for many years my current machine gave up after 5 years use. After a bit of Internet research and on detailing forums I discovered Ava.All the reviews were positive and I liked the features of the machine eg on board storage, wind away hose reel, non tilt and the 20 year warranty. Machine duly arrived in speedy time and straight out of the box was up and working without any fuss, I did however watch several videos prior to receiving it so was pretty competent in its use. One small niggle which I cannot fathom out yet is if I store the lance vertically in the holder the neck does not appear to be designed to accommodate it🤔All in all would in recommend this product? - Absolutely!**Update February 2022: Had several issues over the past few weeks whereby the fuse in the plug has blown everytime I've first turned machine on. Contacted AVA support who acknowledged there was an issue with some UK machines/voltage. Recommended fitting a 'slow blow' 13A fuse and provided a link to purchase form a 3rd party retailer (£5.98 for 2 fuses) they duly arrived, fitted accordingly and hey presto!..... Blew that fuse also. Contacted AVA emailed reply received within 10 minutes, offered full refund or replacement. Have taken a replacement machine as I really like it, hopefully this issue is resolved on the new machine and will update when new one arrives in due course.**March 2022 update : Regrettably I have to report after 2 weeks of trouble free use yesterday afternoon (17/3/22) I decided to tackle the Sahara sandstorm that's covered both of our cars. To my dismay the fuse blew in the plug when turned on, tried 3 other RCD protected sockets in my garage and all the same result, then tried a RCD protected extension lead from a mains socket inside the house but alas the same result. Electrical tester on all sockets show a steady 227 volts, so 5 blown fuses later I have sadly given up and contacted AVA again. I suspect I will end up having to go back to the 'yellow' brand, such a shame because the overall build quality and features of this machine are brilliant, It just has an appetite for 13A fuses!

This thing is so frustrating nearly really good but unusual blows fuse after fuse I now own a kranzle k7 different gravy even my old karcher never gave me problems like this has would never buy again or recommend not unless you enjoy changing fuses

Massively more powerful than the Kärcher K4 full control that it replaced. It makes using the patio cleaner a breeze - it actually cleans the patio in one go (Whereas previously I had to go over the stonework again with a dirt blaster adapter). Loses one star because it repeatedly trips out the 13A fuse on the plug. Only takes 20 seconds to replace the fuse, but it’s a bit annoying. Other than that, superior in every way to any other pressure washer that I’ve used

I returned two karcher pressure washers during prime day in order to get this one instead and very glad I did. It’s very well made, very powerful and very happy with the purchase. I did pair it with a karcher t7 plus patio cleaner, mainly due to Ava not having one available as yet in the uk and also the karcher had a jet on the front of the T7 which makes patio cleaning much easier. If anyone does this however, be aware that you need a karcher m adapter to make it 100% compatible. 10/10 for Ava though, would much rather this build quality and thoughtful design over a blutooth Lance telling me how to clean my patio :)

This 0 degree jet cleans very well better than other standard jets. But saying this all the jets that AVA do are by far the best pressure jet washers out there.This 0 degree jet may take a little longer as its so fine, yet so powerfull. It cleans grime off with out to much effort going back and forth constantly. This fine jet spray will clean weeds off your drive garden with ease. Good job to AVA.

This machine is so strong and I am 100% happy with its performance...Look no further and it is straightforward and trust me you will love this friendly "beast"...It is "far more better" than any Pressure Washer that I have ever owned 👌Just bough it and I hope it will last for ever... 👍

When it works it's great but as others have mentioned this is not as reliable as you would expect. Firstly like others, our first washer kept blowing fuses and this was because it's too powerful for UK sockets and wasn't designed with the UK voltage in mind. They replaced the washer with a new one which turned up broken as the wheels were smashed and then replaced that with another washer which had a power delay which resolved the issue. However, since then the gun that is connected to the hose will no longer release meaning you can't attach the window cleaning attachments or anything else which can't connect to the gun. Customer service takes about a week to come back and they keep asking for videos of me trying to remove the gun. Then a few days later asking me to spray wd40 and then coming back with other requests. This is ridiculous for a machine that is barely used and is now less than 2 years old.Any other business offering a 20 year warranty would have collected it and fixed the item. But clearly, AVA prefer to exhaust the customer.Update may 2024. This machine has died again. Useless. Totally regret buying this. Should have stayed with Karcher

Update on below:Ava admitted that the washer was not suitable for the UK market and sent me out a downgraded one (no price different refund).Very sensitive units, they told me not touse with an extension cord longer than 20metres, I didn’t take the risk.After a few months water started pouring out the lance handle meaning no pressure.They advised me to change a grommet and seal which I did to no avail.Gave up on it and bought a Karcher K7 instead.Waste of money.The plug fuse blows on my occasions of use (I have only actually used it on maybe six times).Now the whole unit has blown.Awaiting a reply from Ava on what to do next.
