Installation was easy, works as expected. Ladies are happy with new dispenser design, easy lever operation. No threading of new roll required. Just lift feed bar, place end of paper on roller, drop feed bar, and press lever a couple of times. Paper self threads.

I run an upscale fitness facility. I chose this model for its aesthetics. Its functionality is great. The hinge point is is only weak point. However if you don't let the door just drop open this will serve you well. We now have 4 of these and I have only had one failure in 8 years.

Absolutely love this product! I placed this in my downstairs main floor bathroom where guests frequently use. This product is a hit a little bulkier than I wanted but it gets the job done! And I'm not constantly buying the Klrnex towel boxes for $5,00 a pop. I bought the paper towels refill at Costco and viola! Perfect! Would recommend ... And I installed it myself in 10 minutes!

This was purchased for a preschool classroom. I would recommend this as a paper towel saver for preschool age children. Easy to install, easy to fill and easy for 3 and 4 year olds to use 1 paper towel per hand washing. Not missing dealing with a roll of paper towels.

This was an additional paper towel dispenser that our local police dept wanted. They have several in the department already and they really like them. They are easy to use and refill. Mounted easily.

This new version is having an improved mechanism over previous ones. Easy to install and work pretty fine!
