I use this to cut avocados with. Since it is not metal, the avocado does not react to it and turn dark. I am careful to hand wash it and keep it in the case provided. The knife is very sharp and is also good for cutting tomatoes. I would buy it again. Good value for the money.

The only reason I reordered this knife because my wife some strange reason likes it. To me.., this knife is fragile.. not sharp enough. Bottom line.. I don’t like this knife….. period….
