Superb customer service
I got the light and installed by electrician, but I found cables were entangled and not tidy and nice.I contacted to customer service, and they quickly replied to me. Although I made several trials to fix cable entanglement as they directed, but I couldn’t solve the trouble.Every time I send mail to them, they quickly replied regardless of day or night.Finally, they sent a new one, and I am going to install it again.Light was enough bright as I wanted, and their customer service was superb!!
