Delivered in immaculate condition and I was able to put it all together in as little as twenty minutes. Solid chair and great feel. I purchased this as a gift and my husband loves it. It fits him perfect. He is 6'2" and it provides great back support during our long gaming nights. We have been going back and forth about what gaming chairs to purchase for our gaming room for months. I was definitely not disappointed and neither was he. VERY happy with this purchase. I will be purchasing another for me because I love how big the seat is. Technically, this chair style is made for the 'Big and Tall' gamer, but I like to sit with my legs curled up and want the extra space for blankets. Even though this one is quite a bit taller than what I need, it works because everything is adjustable. It also looks very nice...much nicer than I thought it would. It is exactly as pictured.

I am kind of big (6'3" and 250 lbs). This chair fits me well, is heavy enough to feel stable when I roll around, and has a nice wide base for stability. I am very satisfied with this chair.

Although expensive, this is a well made chair. It comes with well written instructions for assembly and is easy to put together. With the adjustment capabilities, this chair can really be personalized. My son loves it!

Super nice product, I liked it very much

Amazon was my guide and I started with a generic "gaming" chair which for the cost was very nice here on Amazon.Then I decided to upgrade since my wife was sharing our home office for a couple weeks so I gave her my old chair which was still rather new and got another more expensive generic gaming chair for big and tall people. I am 6'4" and over 200 pounds so I needed a larger size chair anyway. So I got the Kinsal upgraded big and tall model. So when I got this model I had something to compare it to.First off it is easy to build which is nice. Quality components and build quality. A couple of minor imperfections, maybe glue smudges in a couple spots otherwise the DX racer has extremely nice build quality. Compared to the Kinsal the build quality is much better on the DX Racer.I have not had the chair long so these are my initial impressions.Was not sure about the Orange model as it was not my first choice. Blue was my first choice but Orange was on sale. The color is nice and not overdone. I like the Orange overall. The leatherlike PU material is of good quality and does not smell and feels very comfortable.The armrests are really nice. I have seen some complaints but I have to say these are awesome. They adjust to any angle for the perfect fit. I really like them.The gas cylinder seems to work well. Adjusts up and down and angles from back and can lock into any angle you like-very nice feature. It does not wobble and is very stable.The wheels on the base are great and roll very smoothly and quiet.The added pillows seem useless and actually uncomfortable. Maybe if I break them in but they put my back and neck at really weird and uncomfortable angles. Without at least the lumbar pillow the chair is much more comfortable.Is it worth the cost? I will say this. It is certainly not the most expensive office/gaming chair you can buy and it is also by far not the cheapest but I do believe you get what you pay for and you get a really high quality and well made product. If it lasts for 5-10 years then the cost is rather modest expense. I have several back and nerve issues and spend a lot of time on a computer so a chair like this actually saves money in the long run. I have really bad lower back issues and with this chair I feel both supported and comfortable. It is very unique. Being able to compare to other competitors gave me a chance to see what you are really paying for and I can tell you there is a big difference between the DXracer and the imitators. Is it worth the cost only you can decide for me it was. I also got my chair on sale, lower than the price here by buying a certain color which made the purchase more attractive for me. Even at the full price this chair is worth the cost in my opinion. You can see the metal frame and feel the solid foam as opposed to a stuffed poly or chopped and formed foam. Also the gas lift and wheels seem like very high quality and will last a while.So you can buy a cheap chair ever year or two and suffer the pain of lower quality as well or invest in something better that will last you a while. Now I have no way of know how long this chair will last but I feel good knowing that at least the materials used seem overbuilt and durable.I love this chair and recommend it.I really don't have any complaints. I bought mine from the manufacturer's website (it was cheaper than Amazon -- I had a promo code). Just assembled it last night and it's a very nice chair. Very big, sturdy and comfortable. The assembly was pretty simple and straightforward. The only thing I don't like is the lumbar pillow, but that's really a matter of personal choice. I find it much more comfortable to have my back fully up against the chair.
