It works well just keep it lubed and go slow ;)
I’m sizing up holes in some 3/8 tabs, this bit is still cutting well after 7 holes. I’m running 410 rpm on the drill press and using oil to keep things lubricated. Definitely a good value.

Uxcell is really producing some quality drill bits!
The drill bit arrived quickly and packaged extremely well.The bit cuts quickly, leaving a very precise hole, perfectly sized per listed diameter.Fluting and machining is well done and we experienced no issues with excessive wear or improper manufacturing procedures from the factory.When drilling, I do use a large amount of cutting/cooling fluid and I never exceed the speed and pressure per the recommended user design specifications.All in all, terrific drill bit and I'm very pleased with the performance.
