This item was delivered promptly but was disappointed to see when I opened the box it was wrapped only in bubble-wrap! No foam or manufacturers box! Such an item for personal, sensitive and intimate use should be packaged more considerately and discreetly especially for hygiene purposes and protection! The gown and herbs advertised with the steamer was omitted from the box. Also the unit when plugged in lights up but did not heat up. So to sum it up - the steamer did not work and the accessories with it were missing ! A waste of time!
