Great product, it really helps when you’re feeling stuck and can’t figure out what to write in your therapy notes, but this is pretty helpful to at least give you some ideas and it has everything written out for you already

Helpful to streamline treatment plan writing. Also nice because you can pull from their examples and modify to meet your style of practice.

This breaks down the interventions and plans and details word for word what you are looking for. I bought with the homework planner and both books tell you what pages to work on so treatment and homework go together. Absolutely ideal for beginners.

The best feature of this is the inclusion of a little icon next to goals and objectives that meet evidence based practice requirements. It is very detailed, has lots of options to use for common issues, and is great for anybody who suddenly develops writer’s block when writing notes! Frequently gets borrowed by coworkers at my office.

Whether you are new in the field or trying to keep up with audit ready documentation, this book is a must. Sometimes you get stuck on certain notes and this book is perfect and goes along with requirements for treatment plans (i.e. AEB)

Got this book because I am becoming a therapist, and needed to understand how to write progress notes. This is a great book for beginners and advance therapists as well. I would recommend this book for anyone who is studying or struggling with writing notes.

This book is a good companion to the rest of the Adult Psychotherapy series. Let's be honest, no therapist truly enjoys writing progress notes. This book does it for you!

Book is very helpful - but…paid full price for a used book. As others have noted, the book is obviously used.
