This little saw is amazing, but has it's limits.
We have a whole lot of trees including a bunch of over grown Mesquite trees. Most had not been trimmed in years. Between my nice Makita 18volt saw, a pole saw and this, we trimmed a boat load of trees last month. But as in all things, it has it's limits. You may know or not know that this saw can handle a Makita battery and that is what I used most of the time. But that being the case, the Makita battery has a boat load more HP under the hood than the native batteries do, and I almost smoked this little saw cutting a branch that was way to big and hard for what this saw was made for.Motor got very hot and started to puff like a dragon. I had to run and cool it down with compressed air. Thankfully it made it.So keep in mind, it's has a pretty small motor and even though it is geared down, it will still work that little motor good. As long as you know this, it will serve you well.I wish it had an oiler. I always oil the chain before use it just to help it last longer.Great little saw for anything around 2" or smaller.Cheers : )

Strong Little Fella!!
I love my little saw. I was being charged $150.00 to get 3 bushes cut down and I did it all by myself with this saw. I have arthritis on both hands and it's difficult for me to handle certain tools but this saw did an amazing job. Ok, so it's not perfect, if you try to cut through something super thick it might stop but that's something to do with the user. It specifically states for branches but it did so much more and I saved a lot of money!!. I love it. Cleaned it up really nice, and put it back in the hard case it came with. FIVE STARS!!!!

GREAT Little Work Horse
I needed a hand-held saw and looked at ALL of them -- Stihl, Milwalkee, all of them. I chose this one because it had the grip and other features I was looking for. It also comes with TWO batteries and a solid plastic carry case for everything. OH! And extra blades and oil. This is a solid product. Highly recommend.

You get what you pay for!
This was a Christmas gift for my mom. She used it to trim 2 small limbs the following summer and it worked ok. She tried to use it again later that fall and it wouldn't work. I looked at it for her thinking maybe it was a battery charging issue or chain binding. Ends up that the motor is failed and I couldn't return or exchange it. FAIL on my part! I should have just bought name brand the first time. Lesson learned!!

Perfect for a girl!
Perfect for me to do my own trimming, and donât need to bother my husband for the stuff I can do myself. I quite like that freedom and a tool that is not complicated or heavy for me. Doesnât need the oil that was recommended.
