Good Book. Just started
I just started to read. Here there is a workbook which one need to download it after visiting the mentioned site (site id available in the image). Tried to visit and submit the request to receive the workbook but I dint receive any workbook via email.

An insightful read
The simplicity of implementation, without which I believe the book would be a waste of time, but it isn't, distinguishes it from other self-help books. To make it simple for every reader to comprehend his emotions and himself, the author has supplied a workbook. Forget the workbook; even the writing in the book will prompt you to consider your connection with your emotions. Parts 1, 3, and 4 will, in my opinion, be the most beneficial and informative since they provide perspectives that you might not have considered. The bulk of your unpleasant experiences, which are frequently brought on by your own emotions and ideas, will become clearer to you as you gain a greater knowledge of How and Why you react in a particular manner. You will also learn how to fix or eliminate them. However I didn't like the second part of the book, you can choose to skim or even skip that part. I would strongly advise everyone to read this book for the following reasons: 1. The usefulness of this book. It is quite simple to put into practice because the book itself places more emphasis on doing than simply knowing. 2. You'll have a better knowledge of yourself and your emotional system. 3. Know how to resolve most of your issues, such as procrastination (PART 4 of the book).

The books is great, the author describes what emotions are, what impacts our emotions, hot to change emotions and how to use emotions to grow. It is very easy to understand but so deep. The book explains thinks in a easy and clear way but it really helps. It is also very structured and there are questions/exercises to reflect on the topics and to improve. Just a great book. I would buy it again. I highly recommend it.

I bought this book last year. (I wrote a similar review on the audio book.) It took some months to learn to recognize things like feeling cold or warm or pain as the things that I had not been focussing on. Mislabeling these as fear and anger and such. Better processing and parsing thoughts and input from my senses and input from my environment, has gotten a lot better. Being able to carve a path successfully through the days and hopefully road ahead. I started buying and listening and reading to a lot more books. But this one is a marker for me now. Listening to the audio version today again. Bad sleep and chronic pain is stil a problem. Chronic lack of sleep is I think the main cause of psychotic symptoms where I stil take medicines for. The books starts out with the fact that there are things that are not being taught at schools and at home. So true!
