I just received this adjustable knee pillow today and upon first glance, it appears to be of good quality and very well-made. I believe it will provide the comfort, support and therapeutical value I've been looking for in a knee pillow for quite some time now. After giving it a try I will provide further feedback.

I'm 6'2" and therefore need a decent sized pillow to support my upper leg and eliminate hip pain when side sleeping. I tried a smaller pillow and it did nothing. This one is big enough to do something. I would like it if it were 1 more inch thicker, but this one works. Only grump is there is a velcro strap holding the thing together that is scratchy against your leg if you dont put the pillow on right side up.

This is so soft and comfy. I took a layer out and it was perfect alignment. The strap keeps it in place. I’m a very light sleeper and this did not bother me at all.

Velcro makes contact with skin. Like that it is adjustable. Could be firmer.

I was looking for a firm knee thigh pillow to keep my back aligned and this appeared to be perfect. Sadly this was extremely uncomfortable and rock solid it was like having a brick for support. The outer material is course and the strap is very tiny and perhaps a child only can use as pictured. I do not recommend.

Soft. I've been looking for one that's a little thicker than the normal ones. My husband is 6'5" and uses it nightly.

Got this for work travel and absolutely love it! I like that it is expandable and the leg strap can easily be used to hang it on my bag.

I like that it has a removable pad to make it a bit thinner, but it is definitely made for people with ginormous thigh gaps.
