This is great! I upgraded from my old laptop and the difference is pretty exciting. It does a little more thinking than I would have expected from a brand new computer, but mostly on startup and when initially opening an app - once things are open, it works like a champ.

Microsoft office trial uninstall fails! Complete time waister!
I don't understand why dell ruins an otherwise great pc by installing a trial of Microsoft home and student in 3 languages that you must uninstall 3 times!!!! Total time waster for a network administrator!!! The English uninstaller successfully uninstalls but the other languages FAIL TO UNINSTALL! If you leave them installed they keep taking the defaults confusing the user "why is my Word in Spanish or French?"I hate this so much I'm no longer buying dells. I can build a system faster than it takes to solve this dumb issue! For a network admin with 40 machines it's just unacceptable Dell!

Crash prone
It crashes about 1 in 3 sessions. I will be contacting Dell about this. I do like all the USB ports and overall size of the unit.

Great Little Machine
These machines were apparently purchased off lease from Dell, as they had a brand new hard disk and new OEM Windows-7 Pro install.It is unfortunate they are no longer available as they are great little computers (I bought three) and I can not use Windows versions later than 7 Pro due to security compatibility of later versions with my secure server.

Comes with Windows 7 and upgrade to Windows 10 takes some tinkering.
It came with Windows 7. It was a pain to upgrade to Windows 10. Windows 10 DVD included would not work. I had to format hard drive and install Windows 10 from an OEM installer. Surprisingly it never asked for activation.
