I run a sand toy community project, so I buy a lot of sand toys. I bought the 13 and 18 piece sets. Overall, both are solid. The pieces are good size, age appropriate. The "backpack" is very lightweight and perfect for the beach. Any child that can walk would be able to put this on. And... it's low cost - lower than other options I've gotten. I would buy this again. I prefer the 13 piece set. The bucket in the 13 is bigger than the 18. There's a longish shovel in the 18 that I'm not sure will hold up if someone holds it on the end and digs deep.

Our 18 month old loved these! Perfect for beach, pool, or just for playing inside with! They store nicely together in the bag, and although a bit bulky, super light and easy to carry around. Lots of options and fun colors and shapes, great for toddlers

My boys LOVED these! Unfortunately, the bag came ripped at the bottom, so we've had to replace it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Perfect for a beach day. All you need for a nice trip to the beach. Quality is good for such light weight toys. They do fit back in the little beach bag they come in, but you have to get them in there just right. All in all, my 1 year old loves them.

This is a FANTASTIC sand toy set....all in a neat, light weight netting with straps that my 18mo old grandson can put on his back like a backpack and be a BIG BOY! There are long shovels and rakes and short little shovels and rakes. There are turtle and starfish molds that work so well in the sand. And the sand sifter does a great job too. There’s also a water can and two sizes of buckets. It’s hard to believe how much fits in this cute little bag...and so easy to stuff all of it back in the bag when done. Clean-up is a breeze. Highly recommend!

Toys are great (kids really loved them), but the backpack, which is a big reason why I bought this set, is very cheap and ripped the first time that we packed the toys into it upon leaving the sand box. Disappointed in the quality of the backpack. Now I have to buy a separate bag to carry the toys in.

The toys are made of a high quality, thick plastic. I have three boys who are rough on their toys so anything made of cheap plastic doesn’t last long here. These are perfect size. The best part is the mesh bag that comes with to allow sand to shake out, toys to dry, and the bag comes with backpack straps for easy carrying to and from the beach.
