Gentle and no gelatin
I was diagnosed with anemia and recommended to take iron supplements. I chose these because I don't like gelatin capsules, plus these are truly gently on the stomach. I've never had trouble with taking them although I do sometimes switch with another brand according to who may have a better price at the moment, but definitely recommend.
