Let me start by saying that the two mugs that I ordered turned out looking fantastic and arrived much sooner than expected. The photos came out great and the text alignment was perfect. With a little careful use of blank lines in the customizing tool and moving the layers around a bit I was able to have a photo with text above and below it on both sides of the mug. It has proven durable for about three weeks now.The only thing wrong with these mugs is that it appears that the vendor bought (In what I can only assume was an effort to increase profit margin) a load of second-quality mugs on which to print. These are what I would describe as dollar-store mugs. Not because the mugs seem cheap, but rather because there was clearly a manufacturing defect in that the ceramic handles were attached upside down. When you look at any coffee mug either: A. The handle is of uniform size from top to bottom. Or, B. The handle is not uniform in size, in which case the wider part of the handle is at the top of the mug and the narrow part is at the bottom. In this case the narrow is at the top. This makes the mug slightly uncomfortable to hold by the handle.Personally, I am not one to hold a mug by the handle. I am more the "thumb on side opposite (index above, middle and ring through, pinky below) the handle" type of guy. However, one expects to be told when one is purchasing a factory second. Therefore, four stars.

I sent a cup with a picture of the family at a beach outting, during a time when they were, literally, hip deep in snow. I suspect there'll be two fewer at the next holiday season. MAY THE SAINTS BE PRAISED 😏.

I wanted to give this as a gift to a friend of mine. I really didn’t think I was going to get it in time. But wow it was fast. The quality is great. And it was shipped with care. I highly recommend this company. Enjoy

The product is of good quality. The print looks perfect. It arrived way ahead of schedule. However the only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was because it was sent to my house instead of my mother’s. I contacted the seller, and stated that they couldn’t change the address even though I requested the change the same day. Ultimately it was my fault for not double checking, but the one touch “buy now” button made the purchase immediate and defaulted to my address. At the same time I asked for an address change for another item from a different vendor and it was changed without any problems.

I ordered a coffee mug with customization picture and text on both sides (different pic and text on each side) on Saturday, December 21, 2019. It was way last minute when the idea popped in my head and I was not expecting to receive the package until a few days past Christmas. Which was fine because I understand it was a last minute order and customizing things takes time. After I placed the order I noticed my delivery date changed from December 27 to December 24 and that was a nice surprise! Well, I actually received it this morning - Monday, December 23! And it looks GREAT!!! The picture, the text and the mug itself look amazing! There was a little black smudge right below one of the pictures that worried me. But I wet my finger and was able to rub it off completely. It was just some ink that had rubbed off from the packing slip. I can't wait for my son to open his gift in 2 days! Tons of thanks to this seller for the quick, stellar job they did on the mug and shipping! I would definitely order from them again and recommend them to others! Merry Christmas!!! 😊

I ordered this in Green color, the problem is in that color the picture is not completely faded away. You can see the pictures partially, in a gray effect.When you put the hot drink the pictures start to appear slowly and the effect is great, but I think is a best surprise if the picture is completely faded away. But in green color, there is not a complete surprise.

I like the concept of customizing your mug. But,The color was way darker in person thank on the site too me. I would have chosen a plain white color if I had known how dark it would be. It’s also a tiny cup. It’s more suitable as a display than actual usage.I probably would have rated higher I it wasn’t so dark. But, too much trouble to send back.Hope this helps!
