This is amazing...I don't want sugar in my Italian dressing or other unhealthy ingredients...I used 3/4 cup of Grapeseed Oil instead of Olive Oil as it is milder tasting but as healthy as Olive Oil, and instead of vinegar I squeezed one large fresh lemon which made exactly 1/4 cup, and added 1/4 cup water...I had saved an Italian Dressing Bottle and washed it out so I would have an easy pour bottle to mix and store the dressing in...I used a small kitchen funnel to add everything to the bottle, put the lid on and shook it vigorously for a couple of minutes. My husband couldn't believe how much better it tasted than any other brands we've had through the years....so very thankful to have found this.👏🏻💞

Wonderful flavor for Italian Chicken

What I really like about this Italian dressing is you can taste the individual spices. I have used it for salad and used it for baked chicken and both came out pretty decent. My dressing included white wine vinegar and mostly olive oil because that is the flavor I was going for.Really the only negative for me on this dressing was the salt content. McCormick is trying to go with an authentic, simple dressing with few additives, but one of the additives they could have gone less on is salt. While the extra salt may be okay for a chicken marinade, less is more when it comes to using it for salad.

Awesome seasoning mix that includes just 5 ingredients - all spices that have names I know. Just add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and water. I use traditional balsamic vinegar (black not white) and double the amount (1/2 c vice 1/4 c). Everyone loves this dressing and most are relieved because they do not have to consume all the junk in bottled salad dressings. Yay!

I needed to order on line because I no longer see it in grocery stores. 1 package makes a lot of dressing. It's great to season many things as well. I love this

i switched to this brand because its the only one that does not have maltodextrin

Takes a little work to fold the contents into a pound of sour cream. Do a little at a time from the packet. Once thoroughly mixed this product really tastes great, real French onion taste. The longer it sits the better it gets too. Will re-buy it.

I like the simple clean ingredients in this and the taste is pretty good but be warned that this is SALTY. I usually use a different Italian mix from a packet and I threw this one in a recipe expecting it to be about the same. It was notably saltier. The second packet I used, I reduced the amount I put in to try to cut back on the saltiness and it did help. If you like things salty, you will probably like this. For me, I'd prefer a little less salt and more of the other spices.
