One thing I was concerned about is the taste being different but it’s not a difference at all, it’s actually really good. I made pasta for my family and they couldn’t even tell I changed the pasta noodles 😌 I’m happy with it. Although pricey… I’m happy with it

Pricey healthy and delicious alternative
Hate that they are so pricey but love the noodles, will forever buy them. They taste even better than regular flour noodles with 4x more nutrition.

Expensive and arrived smashed
This is a pasta my gluten sensitivity allows me to eat. It is delicious. It is pricey. Unfortunately this seller did a lazy job shipping in an envelope. It arrived smashed and damaged. And they have a no return policy. Won’t be reordering.
