This battery is a life saver. I am so glad that I found this battery. It works perfectly. To install it easily search youtube for installation videos. Many of the videos are great and explain exactly what to do.

The battery was easy to install. Looked up a video on Youtube and it took about a 10 minutes. All the tools are included, so nothing extra to buy.

The quality of the product is exceeded only by the customer service.

The battery I received wouldn't charge at all, and it even caused Window 10 Home to power off abruptly after about 10 minutes of operation, even while the power adapter was plugged in.After enduring about 3 of these abrupt outages, I tried charging the battery overnight while the system was powered off. Upon waking up this morning, I booted up Windows 10 Home, and while the system recognized that the battery was indeed "plugged in" and currently "charging", the percentage charged remained at 0%.Amazon has provided me a return shipping label and says that upon receiving the return I'll be issues a full refund.Perhaps I shouldn't have chosen the lowest price vendor for an item like this. I intend to re-order this item from a different vendor on Amazon.One last thing: when you read product reviews like the one I'm writing right now, it may not even be associated with the vendor you're currently evaluating. Unfortunately, this review will likely be displayed on multiple vendors' product pages instead of only the vendor that send me this defective battery. Amazon needs to do a better job at associating reviews like this with only the vendor that sent me the defective battery, instead of displaying my review on ANY vendor who sells this same battery.While Amazon is very accommodating when you receive a defective item, they don't provide you proper vendor reputations (like Ebay does), that would have allowed you to avoid purchasing from a bad vendor in the first place. More people should bring this issue to Amazon's attention, else it won't change.

Battery worked one day! I would return but I dont have the original box and price of shipping back is almost as much to as purchasing a new one from a different seller.

I ordered these about a month ago. I installed the battery very easily. You don’t need extra equipment to change your battery out. Everything is already included. The battery life is very good.
