Difficult to give a child an Easy Bake Oven and not include cake mixes!!!!

Going into this, I didn't expect it to be large. It's for an Easy Bake oven! I think that's part of the allure for children - it's their own thing and it's miniature. For a lot of kids, being miniature makes it even more fun. My son really enjoyed doing this. Truth be told, so did I. I like to do these little things with him. It didn't turn out exactly like the package picture, but things never do. It was a pretty close approximation, though! We have an older model Easy Bake oven, so I can't attest to exactly how it cooks in the Ultimate. It cooked well in our older model. The flavor was good. I was expecting something totally gross and un-cakelike, but this was very much like a mini little cake! We decided that due to the cost, the next time we use the Easy Bake oven we will try using ingredients from home. If this package mix was cheaper, I'd buy several of them! It's still fun and worth it to buy one here or there, though! My kiddo really enjoyed making this, I had fun talking with him while he made it (he didn't really need any help but it was good bonding time to chat), and everyone enjoyed eating the little cakes!

Product good but seller price triple what it should have been. I thought I would receive a multi-pack but it's only enough to make one red velvet and strawberry cake!! I waited a long time to receive also.
